Whitley Academy welcomes you and your family to our community!
Welcome September 2022 Year 7 Whitley Students!
Welcome to our Transition page. Our Transition programme includes a huge range of activities and even during COVID we didn’t let this stop us reaching our Year 6 prospective students and families, as we believe getting to know you all, is vital to a smooth transition. Due to its importance, this should start before you come to us in September, whether that is through on-line activities, or Whitley staff visiting and leading activities at Primary schools or Year 6 students coming to visit Whitley Academy. We also believe that a key to this process is communication, as such please check your emails for our Welcome Letters, Transition newsletters and our Information Parent and Student packs.
There is also a dedicated email for parents and carers to use during the transition period to ensure you have direct communication and a timely response from Mrs Billyeald. wa-transition@whitleyacademy.co.uk
