Update on 2020 Exam Results
The Government has announced that it will not publish any school or college level educational performance data based on tests, assessments or exams for 2020. This update published here clarifies what this means for the way school and college accountability will operate for 2019/20.

Student successes on GCSE results day 2019
We’d like to congratulate all students that collected a great set of GCSE results this year, including Dillon (pictured above left), who achieved 2 grade 8s, 2 grade 7s, and several grade 6s. Dillon will become our Deputy Head Boy in Post 16 in September. Carys (pictured above centre) achieved 4 grade 8s and 4 grade 9s, and will continue her education at Blue Coat Sixth form. Jonathan (pictured above right) achieved 3 grade 8s and 4 grade 7s, and will study at Kenilworth School Sixth Form.
We look forward to working with lots of successful students in our Sixth Form starting in September!

Well deserved exam successes for Post 16 students in 2020
Whitley Academy has had another successful year with Post 16 results, with 100% of students gaining a positive destination.
87.5% students gained a place at University including:
- M who achieved Maths A*, Chemistry A*, Biology A and further Maths A and will be attending Warwick University to study Neuro-Science,
- M who achieved Maths A*, Chemistry A* and Biology A and will be attending Aston Universtiy to study medicine,
- E who achieved IT Distinction*, Maths A* and Further Maths B and he will be going to Warwick University to study Computer Science.
A number of students have elected to further their education via apprenticeships or gaining full time employment.
We have had many other notable performances from the students this year and we wish them all the best for the future!
